Development shall be limited to “live/work” residential units, defined as units that may be sold or rented as “live/work” studios for a specific, limited group of users. Occupants of these Limited Use Units must be individuals such as artists, artisans, craftspeople, dancers, designers, musicians, photographers, videographers, or others engaged in similar creative or light manufacturing activities. This also includes software designers and related businesses (each considered an “Artistic Use” and collectively “Artistic Uses”), as well as individuals involved in the application, teaching, or performance of such work (each an “Artist,” and collectively “Artists”).
